- Bart Peaslee has been living in the Vail Valley since 1990 and has been a Realtor developer, re-modeler and investor in the Valley and throughout Colorado. Bart’s expertise comes with a rich history in Real Estate that started with his parents who did re-models on the East Coast. In 1977 he first became a licensed Realtor in Hawaii, working with Developers and individuals. He moved to the San Francisco Bay Area in 1987 where he was a mortgage banker and did some re-modeling. Being an avid skier and hiker he moved to Vail, Colorado in 1991, and began developing, investing and some re-modeling, eventually moving into full Real Estate sales specializing in the higher end resort properties.
